RMA Request

Prior to returning any product to iMV.ca you must obtain a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us. If it is concluded that the product in question may be defective you will be issued an RMA number along with instructions on how to return the product to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Return shipping should be preferable via a traceable method – we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments.

If shipping via FedEx International Ground or UPS Standard, it is important that you do not exceed a commercial value of $14.95 USD. To help you we have a generic commercial invoice in fillable PDF form to make this easy for you.

If you fail to follow these instructions a fee of $85 USD will be applicable to cover our costs for brokerage fees and will potentially delay our return shipment to you.

Once an RMA number is issued it will be valid for 6 weeks from the date of issue. Shipments that have a expired RMA number are refused.
