If you visit or shop at the site, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. When you use any current or future iMIV service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with iMIV, whether or not included in the iMIV site, you will be subject also to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. BY USING THE iMIV SITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH IT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE CONDITIONS OF USE AND ALL RELATED POLICIES, CONDITIONS, AND GUIDELINES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS OF USE, YOU MAY NOT USE THE IMIV SITE.

Cancellation Policy
All Sales are final. The IMIV Store service is completed once we have handed your package over to you, your chosen shipping courier, or a third party who has been designated to transfer your package to you. You will not have a right to cancel your contract once our service is complete.

Should you wish to return your product, contact us. Under some circumstances, we may accept return orders. Please note that by default there is a restocking fee of 20%. You require an RMA: Return orders, with no -or invalid- RMA will not be refunded . There will be no refunds on shipping costs, and return shipping is your responsibility. Strict rules are in place for the method chosen to return your order. Failure to obey our return shipping instructions will jeopardize our ability to issue a refund (in a timely matter).

Once an order has shipped there is no way to recall. This means that orders that are undeliverable (but have valid a shipping address and telephone as per the information the customer entered at the time of ordering) because of local customs laws, and or the availability of being able to be accepted by a receiving party, are the buyers responsibility. We will not accept return items in these situations, as in some instances return shipping charges are prohibitively expensive (particularly countries that have dubious custom practices as for example Turkey, and Russia do), and as such we will instruct the courier to destroy the shipment once the grace period for delivery and/or making alternative arrangements has expired. Consequently there will be no refund for shipments that are abandoned by the purchaser once they have left our premises.

Payment Methods
The iMIV Store accepts only credit cards as form of payment. Our wholesale customer can also pay with money order or wire transfer. If a credit card is being used for a purchase, iMIV may obtain a pre-approval from the credit company for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing to your credit or debit card occurs at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter. All sensitive credit card information is directly submitted to our merchant account provider, and never stored, and complies with industry Level 3 standards. Some payment options may not be available at any time.

The IMIV Store accepts the following payment cards: Visa and MasterCard.

Please Note:
Credit cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order. If a purchase has been declined online due to credit or debit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your purchase and should use another payment method.

The iMIV Store endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current selections. Your total price will include the price of the Product(s) plus any applicable sales taxes, including GST/HST, QST (in effect on the day of purchase) for orders destined within Canada. Currently we do not charge VAT for overseas deliveries. VAT is payable to the courier company (at the time of delivery). Sensolutions reserves the right to change prices for products offered at the iMIV Store at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.

Product Availability
Sensolutions reserves the right to change product availability without notice. On occasion, a product may become unavailable for purchase either because the item is out of stock or of discontinuation. If an order is submitted to us with an unavailable item, you may either cancel your order or wait until the product (or equivalent) is available, at which time we will continue processing your order as normal. If the product that is unavailable is anticipated to remain unavailable for greater than 10 days at the time of the order, we will notify you via email or phone (as be provided by you at the time of the purchase). At that point you will have the opportunity to either cancel order or amended your order (having deleted the unavailable product). If you choose to cancel your order, a refund of the full or partial order will be issued. Please contact us for assistance in such cases (see 'contact' in 'about us').

Product Warranty

iMIV is not responsible for typographic, price or any other type of errors on

iMIV reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the iMIV Store at any time. Revised Terms of Sale will be made available on our website. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms of Sale on a periodic basis for modifications.

All sales on the iMIV Store are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein without regard to conflict of laws rules.

If any of the terms in these Terms of Sale are not valid or legally enforceable, the other terms will not be affected.
